I was ordering tips along w a lot of other supplies and unfortunately they ran out of one of the styles I was looking for. Blankslaps contacted me right away by phone /text n told me the situation and gave me his suggestion on an alternate tip that would work well w what I’m doing.. never have I had someone from a online store do that for me.
