Shipping policy

We are not responsible for stolen, missing, or lost orders - please work with USPS or UPS to open an investigation regarding your order. 

We are not responsible for orders where the wrong address is entered. If the order is rendered undeliverable because you could not receive it, or because you entered the wrong address, we can reship if you pay for the secondary shipping.

In the case of an undeliverable order, your package will be returned to the us. We can either refund you for the order value excluding the shipping, or we can invoice you for the fee needed to re-ship the package.
